I established Cowell Norford when I was 20 years of age. I am a chartered surveyor and have a masters degree in real estate and property management, these qualifications I achieved in my 50s. I continuously  strive to improve myself and my business and avoid complacency, it is what drives me to introduce new, fresh and innovative ideas that benefit our clients.

Having lived in Milnrow all her life, Hayley is a prominent figure within the Village and there must be very few properties she hasn’t sold! Hayley goes beyond the call of duty for her clients, even going as far as spending her weekends helping clients clean and pack in order to get completions through.   One of Cowell Norford's longest serving staff members, Hayley has a wealth of experience and is always available at any hour for her clients. Hayley is an animal lover and visitors to our office will also be familiar with her famous pug dog Watson!

Laura has been local to Rochdale all of her life, and has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge, and over 10 years within the industry! She always goes the extra mile for clients and customers, to ensure a smooth transitional process for Landlords and tenants alike. If there is ever a problem to be solved, then Laura is always on hand.

Christina has worked within the estate agent industry for almost 40 years and has an extensive amount of knowledge and expertise. She has a tremendous energy and is passionate about always offering a professional approach to all aspects of the business. Christina has worked for Cowell Norford for over 10 years and is totally dedicated to the business.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys travel and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Craig, born and bred in Rochdale, has been a local resident in Norden for over 23 years, where he attended both Norden Community Primary and Oulder Hill secondary school before moulding a successful career in Estate Agency. Craig is a vital member of the team at Cowell Norford as the Senior Valuer, with an extensive knowledge of the property sales industry, blended with his honest, approachable and fantastic understanding of a homeowners needs, he has built up a plethora of loyal clients over the years, which have become indispensable to the company. On an appraisal, Craig will assess a number of tried and tested specific marketing strategies, tailor made to achieve a premium price for your home. Whilst being a family man and a proud father to two young baby boys, In his free time, Craig is a huge Manchester United fan and is a long standing member of Rochdale Golf Club since joining in his junior years and it is rumoured that he can be found on the golf course no matter how severe the weather may be.

As Sales Valuer and Manager of Cowell Norford’s newly opened Royton branch, Harry Cowell continues a proud three-generation family legacy in property. His grandfather, also named Harry, began the family’s journey in the industry, a tradition later strengthened by his father, Michael, who acquired Norford Estates and helped shape what is now Cowell Norford. Harry’s passion for property started early—joining his grandad on viewings and lease negotiations, and exploring potential acquisition sites. He purchased his first investment at just 18 and has since built a strong reputation for his market knowledge, valuation expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. A graduate of the University of Salford with a Master’s in Real Estate and Management, Harry combines academic insight with deep local understanding and a hands-on, professional approach. Outside of work, Harry leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. A car enthusiast with a particular love for classic BMWs, he enjoys track and drift days, skiing, diving, and has even piloted aircraft. A former rugby player for Cheshire and the Sale Sharks Elite Player Development Group, Harry brings energy, focus, and dedication to everything he does—qualities that now drive the success of the Royton branch.

Ashley is a senior member of the Team at Cowell Norford, and is a local resident of Rochdale, where he lives with his wife and 2 young children. Ash is a vital member of the team at Cowell Norford, with an extensive knowledge of the domestic and international property sales industry, having been involved in sales and investments not only in the North Manchester area but also spending time in international property in Dubai.   Ashley’s 13 years’ experience in property and his empathetic approach has meant he has developed an enviable rapport with clients of both the Sales and Lettings business at Cowell and Norford. Ash is not only a family man and proud father but is a keen golfer and an adventurous traveller.

Having started at Cowell Norford at just 17, I’m proud to be the longest-serving member of the team — very much part of the furniture now! Over the years, I’ve developed a genuine passion for what I do and take great pride in being part of a company that values professionalism, dedication, and personal service.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, especially taking my German Shepherd, Cooper, on long countryside walks. I have a real appreciation for the peace and beauty of rural life and enjoy holidays exploring new places — though I’m equally happy unwinding at home with a good glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Whether out in the open countryside or relaxing at home, I make the most of both worlds.

Keira Bullock, joined us in January 2025 and has already made a fantastic impression! At just 18 years old, Keira has received glowing 5-star reviews from customers, proving her dedication and friendly nature. Keira is the first point of contact when calling our lettings team and also assists with sales viewings on Saturdays. Outside of work, she has a passion for farming—she’s even heading off for lambing this week at a local farm! And if you ever need a noodle recommendation, Keira’s your go-to!

Dominique is Senior Sales Negotiator at Cowell Norford. With over fifteen years’ experience within the property industry, Dominique strongly believes in her clients being at the forefront of her role and takes great satisfaction in her achievements. Along with her friendly and professional approach, Dominique prides herself in offering a high level of customer service and believes in going above and beyond, ensuring that her clients are always her priority. She is a key member of the successful sales team at Cowell Norford.

When she is not looking after clients, Dominique enjoys spending time with her family, attending classes at the gym and she can often be seen at her local Italian restaurant in Royton.

Fran has built her career in Estate Agency through a genuine passion for property and, more importantly, helping people achieve their next move. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Fran has developed a strong understanding of the local property market and what it takes to successfully market a home in today’s competitive market. She prides herself on providing honest advice and creating a tailored marketing strategy designed to achieve the best possible result for every property.

With a degree in English Language and Media, Fran has a keen eye for presentation and a strong focus on modern marketing. Having recently completed a full renovation of her own home, she also knows first-hand how much goes into making a house feel like home, giving her a particular appreciation for the small details that can make a real difference when buying or selling.

Outside of work, Fran is a proud parent to two very spoilt cats and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel and is often found planning her next getaway. With one of her sisters living in Greece, there’s usually another trip on the horizon! Fran is also a keen follower of women’s football and loves keeping up with the latest games. Music is another huge part of her life and, often dubbed the ‘playlist queen’, she enjoys everything from concerts and live music to festivals and events.

Rebecca Reade is a Sales Negotiator at Cowell Norford, bringing over a decade of experience in sales, including a strong background in finance. Her career has been built on sharp negotiation skills, a passion for connecting with people, and a deep understanding of what turns a property into a home.   Rebecca prides herself on offering clients a service that’s both professional and personal, guiding them through each step of the buying or selling process with integrity, insight, and enthusiasm. Whether helping someone buy their first home or securing the best deal for a seller, she brings energy and expertise to every transaction. Outside of work, Rebecca is always on the move — whether it’s gym sessions, horse riding, long dog walks, or unwinding with friends (preferably with a well-earned glass of Prosecco!). Her warm, approachable nature and strong work ethic make her a trusted and relatable partner in the property world — one who truly loves what she does.

With over five years of experience in the estate agency industry and a strong background in sales spanning more than seven years, Amy brings energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for property to the team. Known for her sociable nature and enthusiastic approach, she thrives on helping clients find their perfect home — whether it's in the office, out on viewings, or over the phone. Amy’s personable style and deep understanding of the property market make her a valuable point of contact for both buyers and sellers. She loves building lasting relationships with clients and is committed to delivering a friendly and professional service at every stage of the journey. Outside of work, Amy enjoys keeping active at the gym, spending quality time with family, and exploring new destinations through travel. A keen home cook, she also loves experimenting in the kitchen whenever she gets the chance.

Since beginning his career at 16, Mason has developed extensive experience in sales and customer service across a diverse range of industries and products. Driven by a genuine passion for the property market, he is committed to expanding his expertise and building a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of the estate agency industry. Outside of his professional life, Mason manages a Sunday league football team, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills, and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through regular gym training.

Maisie is the creative mind behind our social media presence. If you’ve ever liked, shared, or commented on one of our posts, chances are she was the one behind the scenes making it all happen. But her talents don’t stop there—Maisie also plays a key role as both a Valuer and Sales Negotiator. Whether she’s out showcasing our properties at viewings or skilfully navigating negotiations, Maisie is dedicated to delivering exceptional service at every step. Having recently achieved the impressive milestone of buying her first home at just 21, Maisie brings passion, energy, and first-hand experience to her role. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places and enjoying long walks with her loyal companion, Lola.

Mabel is a regular team member at our Bamford office, she is responsible for ensuring a positive atmosphere, welcoming visitors, and providing on-demand stress relief.
