Our dealing with Cowell Norford was two fold where we had seen a property for purchase and were then passed onto the rental team to aid us in finding tenants for our existing property. For the purchase side of things - I can honestly say the process from start to finish was dealt with professionalism and everybody we spoke to in the office were just great.
