We have been looking for a property, for a few months, for my son, as his first step on the property ladder. Having been involved with a few different local agencies, viewing different ones, none have come close to the professionalism, we have received from Cowell and Norford.
We are still in the early stages, having just had an offer accepted and have a way to go. So far, they have been fantastic in communicating and explaining everything.
I would like to, especially, give a HUGE shout out, to sales negotiator, Keira, a lovely, well- mannered, genuine and knowledgeable young lady who showed me around the property.
I was quite apprehensive, as I went alone, to the viewing and presently have mobility issues, which she assisted with, brilliantly, without my feeling in any way patronised or rushed.
She could not have been kinder, or more helpful and emanated a delightful energy. I was given honest and valuable advice on submitting an offer, which gave us the result, we so wanted. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
